Shipping

All edible toppers are sent in sealed plastic to prevent moisture damage and shipped in strong cardboard envelopes. Plastic toppers are bubble wrapped and sent in a poly satchel or box.

Your order will usually be sent within 24-48 hours of payment. Please allow up to 6 business days for delivery via Australia Post regular mail.

Australia post delivery prices and times are as follows:
Regular post: $7.95 (2 - 6 BUSINESS days)
Express Post $9.95 (1 - 3 BUSINESS days)
International Post (NZ only): $15.00
International Express Post (NZ only): $25.00  

It may take longer for your parcel to arrive. We do not offer delivery guarantees as we have no control over the parcel once it leaves us.  Postage delays may occur during peak times. If you require your order urgently, please select express shipping.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it if it is not going to arrive on time. Orders that arrive later than the estimated delivery date do not qualify for an immediate refund, or a refund of the shipping fee. If the items are no longer required, they may be returned to us for a refund.

Please be aware that we don't offer pick ups.

 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We offer 30 day returns, please contact us prior to returning your order.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and original shipping fees are not refundable. Postage costs associated with the return of unwanted goods are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned to us via C.O.D. will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. Items sent "Return to Sender" will have that charge deducted from the refund if applicable.

Once your return has been received, we will process your refund/replacement as soon as possible.

If we have sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will despatch the correct item to you as soon as notification of the error has been received and this will be at our expense.

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method, this cannot be changed.
